'Whenever a visitor visits your site with his assigned IP address, the time that has passed since the last request is calculated. If the time period is longer than the configured "visit timeout" time of 30 minutes or if a request has never been received from this visitor, the request is noted as a new visit and the number of visits is increased (both for the site and for the IP address). So if a user visits the page at 1:00 p.m. and then again at 3:00 p.m., two visits would be counted. Please note that in the table "Top Sites" the total visits are related to grouped lists and are seen as the minimum number of visits of a grouping. Please also note that the "Visits" only appear in the statistics if the URL from which they come is recognized by the server as a page (see Pages). Due to the limitations of the HTTP protocol, log rotation and other (disruptive) factors, the result should not be seen as an absolute number, but rather as a relatively accurate approximation'...it could be the una-viewer-counter is too slow
