the implosion of the ost-mark policy with the end of cold war and impossibility to establish imperial europe based on hijacked balkan-policy, which wasn't plausible to the chinese...lead to the "investors retreat" and shootings from their hips...
corona is the capitulation of the new-world to the old-world. an always problematic split made by the kosovo-event.
...but what is planing to bring up the balance back?
